For this children’s book, I used the technique of cut paper. Cut paper is a technique that I enjoy very much, and have used in a number of ways, including for window design and display and set design. It is very immediate, tactile and rewarding to see the ways that paper can be manipulated to produce depth and personality. I worked with that technique but also included illustrating with Corel Draw to produce imagery against the text that accompanied the story.
